Things I'm Loving This Summer...

16/07/2018

Summer for me started back on June 8th when I sat my last exam at sixth form. I had officially left full time education. With my summer starting so early, I have such a long period of time to do so many things. I've already been away to Rome with my friends which I talked about in my previous post but I'm now away in Florida with my family. I've already been soaking up the sun and eating as much food as humanly possible but I thought to why not share what I have been loving over summer so far.

The first thing I have been loving is my new suitcase which I actually picked up from TKmaxx. I couldn't not have a pretty white suitcase. I say pretty white... It is now an off white with black scratches all up it from being in the luggage hold... but it is still pretty in my eyes!

Another thing that I have been loving this summer is the Dr Paw Paw Original Multipurpose balm. The balm can be used literally anywhere, I've been using it on my lips after a day in the sun; on my eyebrows while I'm at the beach to keep them under control and even on patches of my sunburn (right down my nose) that otherwise stings with aftersun. This product has become a staple in my makeup bag.

Another thing that I have been loving this summer is the Tarte Tartelette in Bloom Clay Eyeshadow Palette which I bought a while ago and had neglected because I am always buying new palettes. Then when I was packing for Rome I wanted a palette that was small but had a good mirror so I grabbed the Tarte palette forgetting how much I really loved it. Now I'm wearing it all of the time.

Another thing that I am loving this summer is Bandeau tops, specifically the ones from Toyshop. I have literally every single colour now because they are so easy to wear and go with everything! My favourite pairing has been with a denim skirt so I can show off my attempt at a sun tan!

Travel Diary | Rome '18

10/07/2018

A little over two weeks ago now I flew out to Rome with a couple of my school friends. We stayed in an Air BnB which is something I've never done before, so I got to experience that! Throughout out stay in Rome we tried to visit as many different places/tourist attractions as possible. Like normal, when I've been away I like to post my favourite pictures on my blog from the trip. We even got to see the Pope... Not up close but from a distance. We still saw him though!!

Photo Diary | Florida

12/10/2016

You may remember a few posts back I went on holiday to Texas with my family. After that trip we flew down to our family home in Florida and then stayed there for a while, soaking up more sun and spending more money on things we didn't need! Above are some of the photos I took while I was there.

Photo Diary | Texas

10/08/2016

From the 21st to the 28th of July I was in Texas seeing lots of family and had such an incredible time. I have put together a video from the trip however I'm a very slow, picky editor so it's taking me forever to edit it. As the video will be up on youtube I wanted to put some photos on my blog for if you wanted to have a look and for myself to look back on!

I hope you're having a fabulous summer!

Flying to America OOTD!

08/02/2015
Heyoooo,

So first of all because of exams at the moment my blog posts haven't been going up on a Wednesday when they should and that's because I've been super busy with course work and revision for my mock exams... yay I love taking GCSEs early...not! So sorry about that if you like to read my blog... oh wait no-one does:) I just like write to entertain my self.

So next Saturday the 14th of February, valentines day, I am flying to NEW YORK! And then driving to Killington ski resort, to obviously go skiing, and then drive back to new York for shopping! So I thought that why not do a blog post on my outfit that I will be wearing on the aeroplane, because well if you are like me and are nosey then you will like this!

Okay so ill start at the bottom and on my feet I am wearing my timberland boots which I got for Christmas. I am wearing these because not only are they comfy but when I land the other end there will be snow so I can 'try' and not slip which saying this will result in me falling on my bottom! My leggings are from Miss Selfridge and are high waisted, they also have little turn up bits which I think are super cute because they sit just above my timberlands:) I love the design of the leggings because its different and I guess stands out to what I normally wear because im a jeans girl. Not forgetting that leggings are super comfy to fly in, and you can curl up and sit on your knees and be lazy!

Then I am wearing a simple thin strap vest top from Next which is really soft underneath a floaty, thin jumper?! It is like a long sleeve top but is yet like a jumper? It is quite baggy and is good for layering so I am wearing this because I can add an extra hoodie over the top or my ski coat! This top/jumper item thing is from h&m and it was a bargain buy!

I know this was a short post but I guess that's all I can say about an outfit? I will try and link all the items below for if you want to check them out!

Spain part two!

08/10/2014

Helloooo my muffin tins!?

Here is my second spanish holiday, but this time I went with my family ( My mum, step-dad, step brother x2, and my brother)

We flew into Alicante airport and Stayed in a little villa that we stayed in last year and was amazing! This was obviously a good thing because we knew all the good restaurants and had some amazing food! the weird pot shaped thing was a white chocolate yoghurt with a pistachio cremé at the bottom, and it was abosoloutly Devine!

I had a lovely time on this holiday and if you have any questions on either of my spain holidays then leave a comment at the very bottom!

I hope you've enjoyed two of my holiday, I did however go to Cornwall but I didn't take very many photos so they will be in a post in the future! However next week is a party make-up tutorial for a meal out then a sleepover! So it should be exciting!??

Update!

14/09/2014
Hola internet world!

I haven't posted on my blog in a while did to gcse results and summer holidays! Yet your probably thinking well if you where off school for a long break why didn't you post?!

Well I was on holiday for the whole of it and only slept in my own bed for 2 nights of the full six weeks! I visited Cornwall and then Spain twice, so basically I lived out a suit case!

But now that school has started I can post more frequently and give you all something to read! So I will be posting every Wednesday like I used to from now on! However my first post won't be related to summer because I wrote about something I love and something that is amazing so that will be up instead if that's okay!

My favourite photo from my second Spain holiday!
