So if you haven't guessed by the title this was supposed to be a cooking tutorial because I love to bake however they turned out rock solid :( I baked them for shorter than the recipe said and they came out hard as rock!! However im still going to tell you how I did it!
You will need:
150g- salted butter
80g- light brown muscovado sugar
2 tsp- vanilla extract
1- large egg
225g- plain flour
½ tsp- bicarbonate of soda
200g- Milk chocolate chips.

You will need:
- Preheat the oven to 180 degrees.
- Line two baking trays with non-stick baking paper.
- Put the butter and sugar into a bowl and beat until creamy. Then mix in the vanilla extract and egg.
- Sieve the flour and bicarbonate of soda over the mixture and mix in with a wooden spoon.
- Then add the chocolate chips and stir well.
- Using a teaspoon, place small mounds of the mixture well apart on the baking trays. Bake in the oven for 10 mins until light brown.- I RECOMMEND 8 MINS!
- Leave on the tray for a couple of minutes to firm up and then transfer to a cooling rack.
There is the recipe for the cookies! This is how mine turned out even though they are rock solid :(
